    为提高煤岩的破碎效果,利用ABAQUS有限元软件分析一种碟盘刀具破碎煤岩的载荷特性,在切削厚度为14~30 mm的工况下分别进行碟盘刀具轴向振动与径向切削和径向单作用破碎煤岩的仿真试验,采用数值统计和分形比例系数的方法分析碟盘刀具破碎煤岩的载荷谱。结果表明:在碟盘刀具楔面角度为45°时、切削厚度14~30 mm的范围,无轴向振动的碟盘刀具破碎煤岩的径向载荷峰极大值与峰均值比有轴向振动情况下的大6.2%、8.4%,从数值模拟应力云图可看出,施加轴向振动的碟盘刀具破碎煤岩时其楔面对煤岩的应力影响范围更广,计算径向载荷谱的分形比例系数可知,无轴向振动的分形比例系数比有轴向振动条件下的大20.5%~67.5%,说明有轴向振动下更有利于煤岩的大块崩落。该研究可为碟盘刀具的深入研究及工程实际应用提供参考。

  • Abstract
    In order to improve the crushing effect of coal and rock,ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the load characteristics of broken coal and rock of disc cutter,the simulation test of axial vibration of disc cutter and radial cutting of broken coal rock under the working condition of cutting thickness of 14 to 30 mm is carried out.Numerical statistics and fractal scale coefficient method are used to analyze the load spectrum of broken coal and rock with disc cutter.The results show that when the wedge angle of the disc cutter is 45 °and the cutting thickness ranges from 14~30 mm,the radial load peak maximum value and the peak-to-average ratio of the fractured coal of the disc cutter without axial vibration are 6.2% and 8.4%,larger than those with axial vibration.From the numerical simulation stress cloud diagram,it can be seen that when the disc cutter with axial vibration is applied to crush the coal rock,the wedge has a wider influence range on the stress of the coal rock and the radial load spectrum is calculated.The fractal scale coefficient of the radial load spectrum shows that the fractal proportional coefficient without axial vibration is 20.5%~67.5% larger than that under axial vibration,which indicates that it is more favorable for large-scale collapse of coal and rock under axial vibration.This research provides a reference for the in-depth study and practical application of disc cutting tools,and lays a foundation for further research.
