    煤体结构是多煤层煤层气勘探开发中主力产层优选及产层优化组合的关键约束条件,精确识别煤体结构显得尤为重要。大多数测井解释模型为针对单一厚煤层的解释,对于煤层层数多而薄的多煤层地区的研究较少。以云南雨旺区块多煤层区为例,提出了多煤层区煤体结构测井解释模型构建方法。① 煤层煤体结构GSI赋值。首先通过实地取芯分析,将多煤层样品煤体结构具体分类,并分别进行地质强度因子GSI赋值,量化取芯煤体结构;② 皮尔逊相关性分析。采用多条测井曲线进行纵向和横向相关性矩阵分析,筛选出相关度最高的自然伽马(GR)、补偿密度(DEN)、井径(CAL)和深侧向电阻率(RD)等曲线;③ 聚类验证。进一步采用嵌套K-means算法的K均值聚类方法对提取出的敏感测井曲线进行煤体结构验证并寻找相关规律;④ 煤体结构测井解释模型构建。完成有效性验证后,构建多煤层煤体结构识别的测井解释模型,根据模型计算获得的煤体结构指数大小进行煤体结构的精确识别。采用该计算模型对雨旺区块中北部多煤层进行了垂向和平面的煤体结构识别,垂向上,多煤层煤体结构自上而下由简单变复杂,Ⅲ类煤逐渐增多。平面上,上部主力煤层7+8号煤层煤体结构以Ⅱ类煤为主,YW-05井附近煤体结构较好,以Ⅰ类煤为主,其次为东南部,东北部煤体结构较差,接近于Ⅲ类煤;下部主力煤层19号煤层以Ⅱ类煤为主,但在西南部有少部分Ⅲ类煤,Ⅰ类煤主要集中在YW-05井附近,其余部分以Ⅱ类煤为主。识别结果准确性较高,且模型需要的测井曲线容易获得,模型简单易于计算,可满足多煤层煤层气勘探开发的实际需求。

  • Abstract
    The coal structure is the key constraint for the optimization of the main production layer and the optimal combination of the production layer in the exploration and development of multi-coal coal-bed methane ( CBM). It is especially important to accurately identify the coal structure. Most logging interpretation models have been established for the interpretation of a single thick coal seam. There are few studies on multi-coal areas with many coal seams and thin seams. Taking the multi-coal strata in the Yuwang block of Yunnan province as an example,this paper proposes a method for constructing the logging interpretation model of coal structure in multiple coal seams. Firstly,the coal seam structure geological strength index (GSI) was assigned a value. Through the core coring analysis,the coal structure of multi-coal samples is specifically classified,and the geological strength factor GSI is assigned to quantify the core coal structure. Secondly,the Pearson correlation analysis was conducted. Longitudinal and lateral correlation matrix analysis was performed using multiple logging curves to screen the most relevant natural gamma (GR),density (DEN),caliper (CAL) and deep lateral resistivity (RD) curves. Thirdly,Cluster was verified. The K-means clustering method based on nested K-means algorithm is used to verify the coal structure and extract the relevant laws. Finally,the coal struc- ture logging interpretation model was built. After the validity verification is completed,the logging interpretation model is constructed to identify the coal seam structure of the multi-coal,and the coal structure index obtained by the model calculation is used to accurately identify the coal structure. The calculation model is used to identify the vertical and planar coal structure in the middle and northern coal seams of the Yuwang block. In the vertical direction,the coal structure of the multi-coal coal seam is changed from simple to complex,and the class III coal is gradually increasing. On the plane,the coal structures of the seven coal seams in the upper main coal seam are mainly class II coal,and the coal structure near the YW-05 well is better. It is mainly class I coal,followed by the southeast. The coal structure in the northeast is poor,and it is close to class III coal. The 19 coal seams in the lower main coal seam are mainly class II coal,but there is a small amount of class III coal in the southwest. The class I coal is mainly distributed near the YW-05 well,and the rest is mainly class II coal. The recognition result has high accuracy,and the logging curve re- quired by the model is easy to be obtained. The model is simple and easy to be calculated,and can support the actual demand of multi-coal CBM exploration and development.
