    为了科学防控突出煤层切顶留巷工作面采空区瓦斯灾害和自然发火风险,需要准确掌握采空区漏风特征,采取针对性的防灭火措施。该文以淮南市丁集煤矿1452(1)保护层切顶留巷工作面为工程背景,通过工作面压能测定分析,得出工作面漏风位置,结合实测的巷道、风量、压能分布等信息,绘制了工作面漏风场分布示意图。运用SF6示踪原理实测出切顶留巷工作面采空区漏风量(漏风率)、漏风速度。研究结果表明,1452(1)保护层切顶留巷工作面在回采不同阶段漏风量有所不同,由于采空区不断压实原因,由初采期间的312.1m3/min缩小至采中期间的236.7m3/min,漏风率随之由初采的13.35%降至采中的10.26%,漏风速度由于架后空顶的原因,反而由初采期间平均0.554m/s升至0.75m/s。研究结论旨为高瓦斯突出煤层保护层切顶留巷工作面采空区防灭火措施制定提供数据支撑。
  • Abstract
    In order to scientifically prevent and control gas disasters and spontaneous combustion risks in the goaf of the outburst coal seam roof cutting and roadway retaining working face, it is necessary to accurately grasp the characteristics of air leakage in the goaf and take targeted fire prevention and extinguishing measures. This article takes the 1452 (1) protective layer roof cutting and roadway retaining working face of Dingji Coal Mine in Huainan City as the engineering background. Through the measurement and analysis of the pressure energy of the working face, the position of the working face air leakage is obtained. Combined with the measured roadway, air volume, pressure energy distribution and other information, a schematic diagram of the distribution of the working face air leakage field is drawn. Using SF6 tracing principle to measure the air leakage volume (air leakage rate) and air leakage velocity in the goaf of the roof cutting and roadway retaining working face. The research results show that the air leakage volume of the 1452 (1) protective layer roof cutting and roadway retaining working face varies at different stages of stoping. Due to the continuous compaction of the goaf, the air leakage volume decreased from 312.1 m3/min during the initial mining period to 236.7 m3/min during the mid mining period. The air leakage rate then decreased from 13.35% during the initial mining to 10.26% during the mid mining period, while the air leakage velocity increased from an average of 0.554 m/s during the initial mining period to 0.75 m/s due to the empty roof behind the frame. The research conclusion aims to provide data support for the formulation of fire prevention and extinguishing measures in the goaf of high gas outburst coal seam protective layer roof cutting roadway working face.
