  • 摘要

    为了解决采用专用巷道和埋管法抽采工作面采空区瓦斯存在的施工成本高、效率低等问题,基于顶板高位钻孔抽采采空区和上隅角瓦斯抽采技术原理,提出由预抽钻孔和高位钻孔构建的煤与瓦斯共采体系,分析了现有回转钻进技术和滑动定向钻进技术施工高位钻孔的优点和不足,介绍了最新开发的复合定向及大直径回转扩孔钻进技术方法与试验应用情况,高位定向钻孔成孔深度达到1 026 m,成孔直径达到153 mm;同时针对当前高位定向钻孔存在的一次成孔直径小、二次回转扩孔速度慢、裸孔完孔易堵塞瓦斯抽采通道等问题,提出大直径一次成孔技术、复合扩孔钻进技术和筛管完孔技术的发展趋势,以进一步提高高位定向钻孔的一次成孔直径、钻进效率、钻孔深度和钻孔利用时间,降低施工风险,提高高位钻孔经济性和瓦斯抽采效果。

  • Abstract
    In order to solve the high construction cost,low efficiency and other problems existed in the gas drainage from the goaf of the coal mining face with the s pecial gateway and pipeline buried method,based on the gas drainage technical principle of the goaf and top corner with the high level borehole in the roof,a coal and g as simultaneous mining system established with the pre-drainage borehole and high level borehole was provided.The advantages and disadvantages of the high level b orehole constructed with the available rotary drilling technology and the sliding direction drilling technology were analyzed.The paper introduced the new developed met hod and experiment application of the complex direction and large diameter rotary reaming drilling technology.The completed depth of the high level direction drilling co uld reach to 1 026 m and the reaming diameter could reach to 153 mm.Meanwhile ,according to the small diameter of the once completed borehole,slow speed of secon dary rotary reaming,gas drainage channel jammed by the open completed borehole and other problems existed in the present high level direction drilling borehole,the d evelopment tendency of the large diameter once completed borehole technology,complex reaming drilling technology and screen pipe completed technology were provi ded,so as to further improve the once completed diameter dilling efficiency,dilling depth and borehole utilization time of the high level directional drilling,to reduce the construction risk and to improve the borehole economics as well as the gas drainage effect.
