  • 摘要
    为提高煤粉工业锅炉燃煤效率,降低污染物排放量,对我国煤粉工业锅炉六大核心技术:煤粉制备与运输、煤粉安定存储技术、浓相煤粉输送技术、煤粉燃烧器、锅炉本体和低排放烟气净化技术进行了详细介绍;指出当前煤粉工业锅炉存在供料不稳、燃尽率低、组织燃烧困难和污染物排放高的问题。最后对保障煤粉工业锅炉安全稳定运行提出了以下建议:为了达到迅速点火和火焰稳定传播的目的,煤粉工业锅炉组织燃烧应采用煤粉浓相着火、稳燃室半煤气化燃烧和炉膛温和燃烧的方式;对于污染物控制,宜采用机械力除尘器和过滤式除尘器联合除尘、分级低氮燃烧耦合SNCR脱硝以及半干法脱硫技术。

    in order to improve the coal combustion eficiency of pulverized cal industry boler.reduc e the emission of aolltants the six core fechnologies of pulverized coal industrial bolies inclucing pulverized coal preparation and transportation,puverized coals aility and storage technology dense- phase pulverized coal onveyng technology.pulverized coal burner,boler bodylow emisson fue gas purification techmnology were inroduced in deali 'he paper pointed out some problems existed n the operation process .such as unstable fed.low burning rate combustion difiultis and high emissions. Atlast.some suggestions were put fowar to ensure saetyand stale operation of ulverized coal industry bolie . The dense- phase igntion semi coal gasication combustion in fame stablirer and mid combustion in the furnacein order to stablize the combustion and fame spread. ks for the paliution controls it as suitable to adopt dust catcher by mechanical forcecombined with flir dust separator as wel a fractional low NOxcombustion coupled with SNCR(selective non- catalytic reduction) denitration and semi- dry desufurization technologies
