    针对崔木煤矿顶板富含水特厚煤层综放工作面频繁发生大面积切顶压架事故的问题,通过分析工作面矿压数据,得出发生压架的原因,并提出了防治对策。研究结果表明:崔木煤矿302综放工作面发生大面积压架原因主要为:1302综放工作面支护强度较小;2302工作面支架支护效率较低,主要包括实际初撑力仅为额定值的33%,安全阀开启压力仅为设计值的75%87%,不均衡系数为17%43%;3顶板水不仅降低岩石抗压强度,而且降低岩块间的摩擦因数,导致顶板发生结构失稳的可能性增加24%;通过采取划分危险区域、提高支架支护强度、提前预警、合理采放工艺、保证支架工作状态技术措施后,解决了崔木煤矿压架问题。
  • Abstract
    According to the problem of a large area roof cuting powered support anmed accident requently occured in aill-mechanized top coal caving miningface in ulra thick seam with a watery roof of Ccuinmu Mine,with the analysis on the mine pressure data of the coal mining face,the causes ofthepowered suppor ammed were obtined and the prevention and control countermeasures were provided. The study resuts showed that the causes ofthelarge area powered supors jame:occurred in No.302fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in Cuimu Mime mainly were that 1 the suppor stengthofNo.12 rulymechanizedtop cadl caving mning face was low,2 the support eficiency of No.302 ful -mechanized top coal caving minin face was low.mainly the actual seting load was 3%.of the rated value onlythe released pressureof the saiety vave was 75% 87% of thedesigned value only and the unbalanced coeficient was 17%43%,3 the roof water would not only redtce the compressive strength of the rock but would reduce te ficton coeficient between the roctk lumps and the posstblity of the strueture stailitylost ccured in theroof would ad 24%. Afier the danger area division conducted.,the support strength improved of thepowered supports pre-wamning,ratonal coal aving and mining techoique and the technical measures to ensure the working status of the powered suppor. the powered support jammed problems were solved in Cuimu Mine.
