    针对煤层气井开发低成本,压裂要求提高实效、减小成本的问题,研究了可钻桥塞电缆射孔联作技术的工艺原理、井下工具串结构、关键技术、现场应用等几方面。结果表明:可钻桥塞电缆射孔联作技术具有入井工具串简单、不受分段压裂层数限制、砂卡发生概率低、易解除封堵、桥塞钻铣完后保证了井筒的畅通便于后续工艺管柱的下入等优点。在西南煤层气井的现场应用实践结果表明,采用可钻桥塞电缆射孔联作技术不仅保证了分层压裂的针对性和准确性,还大幅度提高了压裂的时效性,施工周期仅为填砂分压或可捞式桥塞分压技术的10%。
  • Abstract
    According to a low cost required for the coalbed methane well development and a fracturing construction required to improve the actual effect and cost reduction.the paper had a studly on the technique princile.ools bunch structure in underground mine and key technolgy of the drillble bridge plug cable perforation co-perated technology.And the technology was applied to the site The resuts shcwed that the dillble bridge plug cable peroration co-operated fechnogy would havesimple ools bunch n the underground mine and would not be lnmited by the sectional rcturing layer number.The sand plug probabilly ocured was lovw and the sealing could be eaila released Aierthea ling and miling the brdge plug could ensure the wall bore unblocked and would be favorable to the late technical pjpestring .ptting down and other advantages. n the south-westregion, ite applicatio pracices of caled methane wvll howed that the drllble bridge plug cable perforation co-perated technology applied could not only ensure the perinence and accuracy of th sticing racturing but aso coult highy improve the time efecofthe frcturin The constoucion perid was only 10 % of the sand filing and parical ressurized and the drllble bridge plug cable peroration co-operated technology could improve the fracturing time effect and reduce the construction cost.
