高位钻孔采空区瓦斯抽采与洒浆防灭火技术实践

    以魏家地煤矿2103综放工作面采空区为研究对象,对顶板走向高位钻孔采空区瓦斯抽采与洒浆防灭火技术进行了研究。结果表明,顶板走向高位钻孔可以取代顶板巷对采空区瓦斯进行抽采,同时,采空区有自燃迹象时,高位钻孔可以兼作洒浆孔,高位钻孔未洒浆时,采空区CO涌入回风巷的最高体积分数为0.0036%,洒浆后,CO体积分数降到0.0005%以下,实现了采空区防灭火。高位走向钻孔在易自燃煤层中进行采空区瓦斯抽采与洒浆防灭火一体化应用具有广阔的应用前景。
  • Abstract
    Take the goaf of No.2103 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Weijiadi Mine as a study object, a study was conducted on the gas drainage wi th high level boreholes along the roof strike in goaf and the grout spraying fire prevention and control.The results showed that the high level boreholes along roof strike could replace the roof gateway for the gas drainage in goaf.Meanwhile, when an indication of spontaneous combustion occurred in goaf, the high level boreholes could be applied to be a grout sparing borehole.Before the high level borehole applied for the grout spraying, the max volume fraction of CO in goaf released to the air retunin g gateway was 0.003 6% . After the grout spraying completed, the volume fraction of CO was reduced below 0.000 5% and the fire prevention and control in goaf was re alized.The integrated application of gas drainage and the grout spraying fire prevention and control with the high level borehole along the strike conducted in the sponta neous combustion seam would have the good applied prospect.
