    煤矿智能化是新时代煤炭行业发展的必经之路,是支撑我国未来煤炭行业生产方式转型的核心技术支撑。 鉴于煤炭生产的风险客观存在性,智能化条件下的煤矿安全保障体系应适应于煤矿的智能化水平。 

    系统论述了煤矿智能化安全保障体系的定义、内涵及技术特点,指出了其核心在于精准的地测感知、全面的数据平台、实时的风险评估和智慧的灾害处置,形成数字式、一站式、智能式的煤矿风险辨识、预警、处理闭环。 介绍了煤矿智能化安全保障体系在感知层面、风险层面、设备层面和管理层面的架构,提出了包涵煤矿精准的全维感知、精确的煤矿风险识别预警、技术密集型的煤矿安全管理理念和智慧化的自检自修设备系统 4 项技术内涵。 

    首先,在实现技术层面,阐述了需重点解决的以透明地质保障技术为基础,以煤矿大数据共享平台为载体,以煤矿重大风险评估预警技术为核心的关键技术体系,并初步给出了解决路径。 然后,论述了系统软件平台的系统架构和核心技术,其要旨是实现系统数据“集成化”、要素展现“可视化”、风险评估“智能化”、操作软件“平台化”。 最后,开发了面向煤矿智能化安全保障的煤矿智慧安全管控平台系统,实现了煤矿综合可视化操作平台、煤矿大数据分析平台、煤矿安全风险智能评估、多系统联动控制和移动可持式终端展示功能,为建设完整的煤矿智能化安全保障体系探索了一条可行的技术路径。


  • Abstract

    Intelligent coal mine is the only way for the development of coal industry in the new era,which is the core technical support for the transformation of production mode of coal industry in the future. In view of the existence of coal production risk,the coal mine safety guarantee system under the intelligent condition should adapt to the intelli gent level of coal mine. This paper systematically discusses the definition,connota-tion and technical characteristics of the intelligent safety system of coal mine,and points out that the intelligent safety system of coal mine’ s core lies in accurate geological sensing,comprehensive data platform,real-time risk assessment and intelligent disaster disposal, forming a digital,one-stop and intelligent closed-loop of coal mine risk identification,early warning and processing.This paper introduces the structure of intelligent safety system of coal mine at the perception level,risk level,equip ment level and management level,and puts forward four technical connotations:the accurate full dimension perception of coal mine,the accurate risk identification and early warning of coal mine,technology intensive coal mine safety man agement concept and intelligent equipment system with function of self-inspection and self-repair. First of all,at the technical level,the key technical system based on the transparent geological support technology,with the coal mine big data sharing platform as the carrier,and with the coal mine major risk assessment and early warning technology as the core,which needs to be solved,is described,and the solution path is preliminarily given. Then,it discusses the system architecture and core technology of the system software platform. Its main purpose is to realize the ‘integration’ of sys tem data,the ‘visualization’ of element display,the ‘intelligence’ of risk assessment and the ‘platform’ of operation software. Finally,the intelligent safety management and control platform system for intelligent safety of coal mine is de veloped,which realizes the comprehensive visual operation platform of coal mine,big data analysis platform of coal mine,intelligent risk assessment of coal mine,multi-system coordinated control and mobile terminal display function, and explores a feasible technical path for building a complete intelligent safety system of coal mine.
