    随着我国煤矿开采强度的日益提高,矿井回采空间瓦斯涌出量大幅增加,即使低瓦斯矿井也有瓦斯“爆涌”问题显现。如何进行大范围、区域化的连续抽采,形成对回采空间涌出瓦斯的低成本长效控制,依然是目前面临的重要难题。采动区瓦斯抽采地面井在地面施工,能够连续进行采动区/采空区抽采,是区域化连续抽采控制回采空间瓦斯浓度的有效技术。因此,在对采动区内覆岩裂隙场渗流特征分析基础上,建立了采动区地面井抽采条件下地面井周围采动影响范围内的气体压力衰减梯度变化函数,提出了以采动裂隙场内气体压力衰减梯度曲线拐点为依据的地面井有效抽采范围判定原则;进而,建立了采动区瓦斯地面井(群)抽采效果评估方法,并提出了抽采率指标的计算模型;最后,以晋煤集团岳城矿为背景,采用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟分析和现场小井群抽采试验相结合的方法对采动区瓦斯地面井小井群抽采的参数优化、应用效果等进行了对比分析与验证,证明了采动区瓦斯地面井(群)抽采具有很高的实用价值。

  • Abstract

    With the increasing intensity of coal mining in China, the amount of gas emission from the mining space has increased significantly. Even in low gas mines, there are gas explosion problems. How to carry out large-scale, regionalized continuous drainage and form a low-cost and long-term effective control of gas emission from the extraction space is still an important problem currently facing.It is an effective technology for regional continuous extraction to control the gas concentration in the mining space. Therefore, based on the analysis of seepage characteristics of overlying rock fracture field in mining area, the gas pressure attenuation gradient change function within the mining area around the surface well under the condition of the surface well in the mining area is established, and the judgment principle of effective extraction range of surface well is proposed based on the inflection point of gas pressure gradient attenuation curve in mining fracture field. Then, the evaluation method of gas drainage effect of surface wells in mining area is established, and the calculation model of gas drainage rate index is proposed. Finally, with Yuecheng mine of Jincheng Coal Group as the background, the method of combing COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation analysis and field small well group drainage test is used to optimize the parameters and application effects of the gas pressure attenuation gradient change function within the mining area around the surface well under the condition of the surface well in the mining area. Comparative analysis and verification have proved that gas drainage from surface wellgroups in the mining area has high practical value.
